We evaluate and purchase devices from individual sellers, refurbish devices as needed, and resell them directly to consumers.2. Selling Devices to Us
By selling a device to The Gadget Garage LLC, you affirm that:You are the legal owner of the device or have legal authority to sell it.The device is free from liens, financing obligations, or legal encumbrances.You have disabled any security features (e.g., Find My iPhone, iCloud lock) unless explicitly disclosed.We reserve the right to refuse any device that does not meet these requirements or appears suspicious, stolen, or otherwise ineligible for resale.3. Product Listings and Conditions
All devices sold by The Gadget Garage LLC are listed with accurate condition notes to the best of our ability. Devices may be categorized as New, Refurbished, Used, or For Parts/Repair depending on their condition.While we make every effort to provide accurate and detailed listings, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions are error-free. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product photos and descriptions before purchasing.4. Pricing and Payments
Device prices are set based on market conditions and are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars.For sellers: Payment will be issued once your device is inspected and verified.
For buyers: Orders must be paid in full before shipment. We accept multiple secure payment methods as displayed during checkout.5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the continental United States. All items are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times and carriers may vary depending on location and service selection.We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control once an item leaves our possession.6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Devices sold For Parts/Repair are not eligible for return under any circumstance.In rare cases where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and approved returns must be shipped back promptly with tracking. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and verified.7. Warranties
